STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
- You have the right to cancel your Enrollment Agreement for a program of instruction, without any penalty or obligations, until 4 weeks before your upcoming course. If you cancel after this deadline, you will be subjected to forfeit 35% of your enrollment fee. Our seats are very limited, so if you have to cancel, please contact us at least 4 weeks before your class starts. After the end of the cancellation period described above, you also have the right to withdraw from your program at any time, and, if you have completed 60% or less of the scheduled hours in the current payment period of your program, you have the right to receive a pro rata refund. 

CANCELLATION
- To cancel your Enrollment Agreement, you must provide the Music School Manager with a written notice of cancellation. This must be done by email or by hand delivery to:
1535 9th ave, Suite #207 Portland, OR 97214.
The written notice of cancellation, if sent by mail, is effective when properly addressed, affixed with proper postage, deposited in the mail, postmarked, and received by Champion Sound Music School. ALL PAID ENROLLMENTS ARE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS, FROM THE INTIAL ENROLL DATE.  

STUDENT SICK DAY
- If you are absent for a class, we offer 1 free one-on-one tutoring session, before your next class starts. If you are absent for more than 1 class, we offer online material and videos that cover all topics for our 1-month program.
